O | An original duo choreographed contemporary contemplative psycho-somatic 10 minute dance piece by Annie Lo and Victoria Gonzalez, MFA. Collaborated on, directed and choreographed by equal parts Lo and Gonzalez, the piece was broken down into five major parts. Part 1: Silence Part 2: Fishin' by Tokenobu

Part 3: Exposition by Tokenobu

Part 4: Table Mountain by Ben Sollee

Part 5: Silence

The piece explored psycho-somatic movement, contemplative training, contemporary dance choreography, improvisation and composition, and movement research.

The ideas and themes explored include relationships, what it means to be together and apart, partners and alone, rhythm, silence, tempo, shape, angle, and the natural world.
