Facades

A new original theater piece by Victoria Gonzalez and Annie Lo.

Coming Fall 2017

Facades is a piece about Trump's wall - but more than that, it is about modern society and how many layers of masks and costumes we put on to hide the true meaning of everything in our world and in our lives. And Facades looks at the core of what it is we are trying to hide from, which is mostly fear and insecurity. And then it creates a visual of the innumerable ways we express that fear and insecurity, and create suffering to ourselves and the world around us. Through violence, aggression, false attitudes, ideologies, anger, defense mechanisms, dishonesty, disrespect, greed, psychopathy and other pathological dis-eases.
